Monster511
Windows 7... Nothing I do works and I've tried reading every post I can to hopefully find a fix but nothing. All sensors and monitors work but cpu temp is always off by a few degrees.. WORST PART is I have no LED control... I can't control my fan speed but that is ok I have AI Suite 3.. Also, I noticed that the LED light goes red sometimes then back to white... No idea why.. Literally I don't know what to do. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Makes me wonder why I even bothered using this as a temp cooler till I finish my loop...
red-ray
First add your PC specs to your profile.Have you disabled fan control for the CPU_FAN in the BIOS? If not do so.Are there any devices with yellow triangles showing in Device Manager?Post the screen shot and the properties of the H80iGT device.Post the CL screen shot. red-ray
Yes I have a Yellow Triangle showing. There are two devices with hardware issues, but as you failed to post the properties screen shots I have no ideas as to what the issue is or how to resolve this. Right/Click on them and select properties. Use .PNG rather than .JPG and attach them to your post rather than using http://imgur.com/

red-ray
This is an ACPI device so is not the H100iGTX, even so you should try and find the driver for it. Looking at [Details] to what the first Hardware Id? I don't recall seeing a H100iGTX with error code 43, but I guess this must be the H100iGTX and to confirm this check that under [Details] that the Hardware ID starts USB\VID_1B1C&PID_0C03. If Hardware ID is so then I expect there is a hardware issue and you will need to request an RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp. Have you tried a different USB cable and/or port? If not I would be inclined to try this first. If you run my SIV utility and post [uSB Bus] + [Link Devices] this may provide more insight. The files in the siv.zip release should be extracted to C:\Program Files\SIV\ or similar and SIV should be run from there.
Monster511
Hardware id for "other devices" is ACPI\PNP0A0A *PNP0A0A Hardware id for "unknown device" is Unknown Device.. I will try what you said but yes this is the H100i GTX. I did try others and I get the same issues.
red-ray
Hardware id for "other devices" is ACPI\PNP0A0A *PNP0A0A See http://www.overclock.net/t/1453793/asus-z87-unknown-device-in-device-manager-acpi-pnp0a0a/10 I checked a partial SIV save file from an ASUS RAMPAGE IV BLACK EDITION system and the driver you need is: Class Description - Showing 313 Provider Version Service Class ID System AMDA00 Interface ASUSTeK 1.0.0.0 WUDFRd ACPI\PNP0A0A\2&DABA3FF&1 I can't tell more precisely as it's only a SIV [save Public] file so the installed software information is absent. To comment further on the H110iGTX I need to see the two SIV pages.

red-ray
Looking at [Port 1.1.6] <- [uSB Bus] there is a hardware issue with the H110iGTX. Request an RMA via https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp. Looking at [AIO Link Devices] I can tell the H110iGTX has never been detected by Windows so I suspect it has always had a hardware issue.

I did get it at Best Buy and have the 15 day return policy. Instead of RMA I could return it and tell them it's defective and swap it?

Instead of RMA I could return it and tell them it's defective and swap it? Given you have a 900D I assume a H110iGT will fit. This has far better firmware and if it's possible I feel you would do well to return the H100iGTX and get a H110iGT. See http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=795986.
