sokolov22
Headset has a popping sound whenever audio is playing. Searched forums for other solutions and neither of these had any effect: downloaded latest drivers and set to DVD instead CD. Any other suggestions? Toasted
Does it occur when any audio is playing or is it random where sometimes it pops and sometimes it does not? Have you tried using the included extension cable to move the dongle closer or further from the headset? Have you tried a different USB port? Do you have any wireless devices near the headset and dongle?
sokolov22
It occurs when audio is playing. It used to be more random, but has become more consistent/frequent despite no change in my setup. I have used various USB ports, including the ones on my monitor would put it very close to the headset. (My tower's front USB ports aren't that far either.) There are other devices here, including my router and a HUE bridge. I will try and disable these or move them away to see if it helps, but they've been here for a long time. sokolov22
Moved my computer to the other side of the room. No difference :D
Toasted
Could be a bad dongle or headset. Do you have another computer to test the headset? Have you tried playing audio with and without the Corsair drivers? Contact technical support and see if they have further suggestions or whether they suggest replacing your unit. https://corsair.secure.force.com/
sokolov22
I have tried with and without drivers. I even actually did a clean OS install as well (new SSD).
