Langaleer Posted December 15, 2004 Share Posted December 15, 2004 Ive got a faulty XMS Module, I have ran memtest and it comes up with loads of errors on this module. The memory is CMX256A-3200C2PT (XMS3202v1.2) on a system including: 3x 3200XMS C2 v1.1 ATi Radeon 8500 64MB DFI LanParty 865PE Intel P4 3Ghz (800FSB) Aureon 5.1 Air I have tried putting the voltages to max to try and get this module stable, but still loads of errors - the other 3 modules (running at 2-2-2-6) run with no problems it seems according to MEMTEST. Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted December 15, 2004 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 15, 2004 XMS3200C2 would be rated at Cass 2-3-3-6 and I would set the Voltage to 2.7 Volts and test the module by it self. And if you are running these modules in the same MB I would set the timings to Cass 2.5-3-3-7 at 2.8 Volts.
