System won't boot with matched CMX512-3200XL

My system won't boot with 2 sticks of Corsair CMX512-3200XL (TWINIX1024 package). :[pouts: Why isn't this memory compatable with my system: :confused:

Looks like that board is an OEM one from a Compaq/HP PC. When using the TwinX1024-3200XL, did you remove the original memory? Does the BIOS have an option to change the memory settings or voltage?

Well No; I would not suggest XMS3200XL with any OEM system, because the default voltage of XMS3200XL is 2.75 Volts and most OEM systems will not let you set the Dim Voltage. I would suggest you use Twinx1024-3200 with this system and replace the memory you have now.
