Bad Module

One of my TwinX Memory modules is corrupt and not working. It is an CMX-2700LLPT and I started noticing my games crash with the error message being a memory problem. So I tested goldmemory tester on each module and found that one of the modules wasn't working right. The serial numbers on the module are 0311588 (I assume this is the serial number, if not just tell me where it is indicated and I'll reply with it). I purchased the memory from zipzoomfly.com about 7 months ago, maybe more, so they will not do the return themselves. Any help will be appreciated.

I did what you said, and I am at the step where I fill out an RMA request. Well I filled one out about a week ago and received no response, and I filled one 2 days ago and no response there either. The RMA says it should take 24hours at the most to receive an email and I have not received one in 7 days. If there is something I'm doing wrong please tell me and I'll adjust it, but as of now I have had zero success in receiving an RMA number.

If you have submitted the RMA using the on line form and have not got a reply!

 

If you have tried the On Line RMA Request Form and you did not get a reply with in 24 Hours excluding weekends and holidays, then please send us a email with a copy of the Excel RMA Request form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Warranty@corsairmemory.com.
