Problem with my TWINX1024-3200LLPT kit

I have purchased a TWINX1024-3200LLPT from TigerDirect.com 3 months ago.

It was working fine on my Abit NF7-S motherboard until my computer couldn't boot anymore. My PC speaker is making long beep continuously. I checked my motherboard manual, and this means that DRAM isn't inserted correctly.

So I tried to use each stick seperately and one of them is working perfectly whereas the other one doesn't work at all.

I tested the non-working stick in every memory slot of my motherboard and it's always the same problem, the computer doesn't boot and I have the long beep continously. My interpretation would be that one of the stick just died...

Should I get a replacement?

Details:

Abit NF7-S V1.0 Bios 28

AMD Athlon XP 2600 (12.5 X 166)

Memory settings defined "By SPD"

I have clear my bios to default settings and I set the memory voltage to 2.7 V and memory frequency at 333 MHz. I still get the same problem the faulty stick don't allow me to boot the computer and I still get the long beep continously...

The other stick works perfectly and memtest works without any errors.
