tao1626864803
I have a K65 Corsair keyboard that I use with 4 different computers, periodically. On my Macbook, I've never had a problem. I use 3 Windows 7 laptops and on two of them, it's also perfect. On the last machine, it periodically puts out '8~' in my Cygwin bash shell (only when the shell has focus). It can happen when I'm typing, but when it's idle, I'll get them periodically, so it will turn into "8~8~8~8~", ... The windows machines just see it as a USB keyboard. I've tried changing the BIOS switch on the back (polling interval) and that doesn't help the machine with the problem or hurt the others. I don't see anything else to set. It seems likely to be a windows setting, but it's not a general windows/usb-keyboard issue, that I can find. I don't know of any settings that could/should cause this. Has anyone else hit anything like this? Any ideas? Thanks.
terabyte
That's really strange. I can't think of anything that would cause it unfortunately.
