EverclearBoy
My friend has an older Gateway Pentium 4 computer. Older being prolly one of the first Gateway P4's put out. Complete with Grey case It came with 128MB of RAM and he'd like to add 128 or 256 MB's. We are unsure though what kind of Corsair RAM would work in his machine though. Any way to find out? CMC_SAVAGE
The first thing to do is to find out what RAM is in there now. Aida32 is a good progam for finding out what's inside your system. You might not be able to find a compatible stick. Either it will work or not. Alot of the older proprietary systems have a joke of a BIOS, which allows no RAM settings.
