majkmil
I have a TXINX XMS 3200 LL 2X256 MB set of memory modules. I had a lot of problems loading windows. I suspected memory and tested each stick with Memtest86. One of my sticks has all kinds of errors. Do I need to send both stick s? Please let me know what to do. Mark Miller Edit: My sig has changed. I'm using an ABIT IS7 mobo with a P lV 2.4 800 fsb running default speed 6,3,3,2.
majkmil
Turns out I had flashed the bios and forgot to reset the voltage to the ram. After setting it to 2.7 every thing seems fine. Just a question, when I was testing the ram at 2.6 only one of the modules had errors, should I be conserned? Should I stay at 2.7? I'm running default speeds. Thank You, Mark
Wired
They're warrantied up to, but not over, 2.9 volts, so you're fine.
