Tr1cK
I need to send back my TwinX modules. What is the Ticket#/PostID# on the form mean?
Tr1cK
One of my TwinX modules is bad. It wont run at 333 or 400 on my board with any timings without crashing in windows or errors in memtest. I need to RMA them as a set right? I guess all I need is the POST ID#. My system description is in my signature.

Wired
Ram Guy would need to approve your RMA first, which will not be until Monday due to the weekend. Try setting your memory voltage to 2.75 and testing one stick at a time in the first slot @ 333 Mhz, see if any error pop up, as well as preferably in a 2nd slot in the same fashion unless one stick passes and one stick fails in the first slot. Tr1cK
My motherboard only has 2.7 or 2.8 volt settings. The sticks were tried with both settings in all of the 3 slots. I also tested the sticks on a different board. Only one stick has errors on it all the time according to my tests. If Im reading Memtest right, it shows 6 errors on one pass alone for the bad module. edit - BTW - my CPU is unlocked and running at a FSB of 200 (11*200), it also shows errors @ (13*166)
Mulet
see my post, i experiment exactly the same situation, one module among the 2 in my TWINX1024-3200XLPT make memtest86+ errors even when it is installed alone on the mainboard (so running in single channel). fortunately i 've obtained a RMA from my retailer and i've shipped the twinx back to him. i'm now waiting for its answer about its own test. i don't like platinum series, always have issues with them. and i wonder "if the memory inside black series and platinum series are the same, why they call it differently ?"
