rafael6867
I have a Dell XPS Gen 2 Pentium 4 computer with the Intel 875P Chipset running at 3.2GHz, 800MHz FSB. It currently has a pair of 256MHz of RAM Memory PC3200 CL3. I want to remove both of these sticks and replace them with two sticks of 512MHz PC3200 CL2 or CL2.5 of RAM. My question then is....Will my computer accept CL2 or CL2.5 latency or do I have to use exclusively CL3 latency? I would really like to know this before I make my purchase! Thanks!
Wired
Unless the BIOS has a place you can change it, stick with CAS 3.
