andreutzu
I recently bought a 512DDR memory which it suposed to be a Corsair VS memory but Cpuz reported it as a Xerox memory. The memory has Infineon chips and there is no sign of corsair on it except for a piece of sticky paper on it with "CorsairVS512MB400 " and this code"0328872".I attach a screenshot with the memory specification as reported by Cpuz. Can someone tell me if Corsair has such memories? P.S. Excuse my bad english.

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 6, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 6, 2004 For Value Select we may use one of several manufacturers including our selves. So yes some VS parts may say Xerox, but they would be made to our specification and tested by us. So as long as you are not having a problem I would not worry about it. andreutzu
Thx for the reply RAMGUY. The differences are that the xerox reported memory is CL3 and the corsair marked one is CL2.5 and the design is different. Although they both work in cl2.5 im kind of disspointed. I`ll try to change it at my retail store.
