alpha_female
Ok, I have three CMX512-3200C2PT sticks, all bought from PC Club at the same time. One of them, I think is faulty. Everytime I put this 'one' in with the others, it works fine for a minute or two, but then I would get this BLUE SCREEN that would say "memory dump...blah blah" and it starts counting 1, 2, 3, 4...etc. I took the suspected stick out, and my computer starts working fine again. I gave this stick to my sister who also has identical sticks as me, but has a different mobo, hd, processor. Her computer also did the same thing, with the blue screen. My sys specs are as follows: MSI 865PENE02 Platinum P4 2.8 Maxtor 160 Also, I always get this message at bootup with my two working sticks installed: "Dram too tightly, resent timing" What does this mean? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 1, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 1, 2004 I would suggest you submit both sticks so they match. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
