ronsyl
Hi there. I was wondering something. I have 2 cmx512 2700c2 xms 2700 sticks. One of them says v.2 on it, the other v.4. My system has been crashing alot as of late, games crash to desktop, and so on. If i remove one of the sticks, the v.2, my system seems to be stable. Could having two different versions of the same stick be the cause of all my problems? ronsyl
Just an update to my last post. I ran memTest on my v.4 stick, no problem. V.2 gave all sorts of problems and errors. What to do from here?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted December 1, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted December 1, 2004 I would submit both stick so they match. Please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
