Wired
What CPU / FSB / motherboard do you have? What memory part # do you have, and what timings / voltage is it set to?
guitarwid
I have an AMD Athlon 64 - 3200 - MSI K8t Neo MB - It's not a compatibility issue. I have two sticks (VS512MB400) of Corsair Value select DDR PC 3200. One works & one doesn't! Can I please send back the one that doesn't work & get a new one??? It's 2 months old. Newegg wants me to send back both sticks (2 512MB DIMMs) because I bought them together as a 1GB "Kit". I have no other RAM to run my computer. I want to return & replace just the one DIMM that is bad. This is extremely inconvenient and annoying to have to go through all of this. I am EXTREMELY unhappy with Newegg and I'm getting there with Corsair!!! I bought your brand because it's a "name brand" I don't think I should have to go through all of this! I am a busy adult with a full time job, a part time job & a family. I don't have time for all of this. The RAM is BAD! Please give me the RMA # so I can send it in!!!! Wired
Calm Down. These boards are not the only, nor the quickest, way to get an RMA. If you wish to expidite the process, I would suggest using one of the other methods of obtaining an RMA. You can either call them @ 1-888-222-4346 (M-F, 8:30-5:30 PST I believe) or you can email them directly @ warranty@corsairmemory.com.
UDShek
exact same problem here. i bought the same kit and I have the same problem with one of my sticks. I have yet to contact Newegg but if they're going to give me that kind of hell then I hope Corsair will be cooperative. good luck with the problem.
