Should be fine with this MB, however Intel does not give the option to Over Clock your CPU so they may not be able to run at the tested settings on this MB. I would try the modules one at a time and then reset or clear the bios and see if it will post and update to the latest version and then set the Dim Voltage to 1.9 Volts and see if that helps.

Tnk Ram Guy, but I did that, I did Change BIOS Version and volt. too (1.8v to 1.95v) but this MoBo (D925XCV Extreme Edtion Series) only show 533 MHz to 667 MHz and This Memory (Twin2X-5400XMS2 Pro Series) are 675Mhz. The Fan and Ligth is ON but not Sound Error (Beep Error) and not show nothing in the monitor, I need help by this case, Tanks again.

You will have to set the memory Freq to 533, I am sorry but the Intel version of the MB will not allow you to Over Clock the CPU to the Frequency needed to run the memory at their tested settings. If you have an option in the bios for 677 on the memory, you will need to take that up with Intel.

Each pair is tested and packaged together using the following settings:

CPU External Frequency: Manually set to 250MHz

DDR2 SDRAM Clock: Manually set to 533MHz

DRAM Timing Selectable: Auto Yields the following timings

SDRAM CAS Latency: 4T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 4T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 4T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 12T

DDR2 SDRAM Voltage: 1.9

NB Voltage 1.9 Volts (On Abit AA8 Only)

All other settings are motherboard defaults.

Maximum DDR2 recommended VDIM
