TBT2004
Hello, excuse me for my poor english : i'm french. I got a 1 Gb TwinX XMS package a month ago for my A7N8X Deluxe 2.0 / Barton 2500 system. Since then all turned totally unstable : many random reboots and blue screens. Moreover there are lots of errors on memtest. I tried to change all bios settings you talked about in other posts, but in vain. Could you replace it please ? Thanks for your reading, TBT2004. Wired
That CPU has a 333 Mhz FSB. Are you running the memory at the same speed, or at 400 Mhz? If 400 Mhz, have you tried running in sync with the CPU @ 333 Mhz? Try these settings: CAS Latency: 2T RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 2T Row Precharge (tRP): 2T Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 5T Memory Voltage: 2.75 or 2.8v

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 29, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 29, 2004 With a 333FBB CPU you would need to run the memory at DDR333 or it may cause a bottleneck in the chipset and may generate errors that are not the fault of the memory. However, if you want to try replacing your modules, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it!
