Bad Ram? RMA Request

I purchased a set of Corsair XMS Low Latency Ram, 1 gig (512 x 2) Several months ago. Everything has been running fine up until yesterday, at which point I got a BSOD when trying to run windows. Checking Microsofts Help Database suggested the problem may be ram, so I ran memtest86. This found 43 errors. Is there anyway to reset the ram, or do I simply have to replace it? It should still be under warranty, thank goodness (I'm in college now, I can't afford new ram). Thanks a bunch!

Can you tell me the exact model# of your memory module, how many total XMS module you have, and if you have 2 or more did you purchase it as a TwinX or Set; also please tell me the make and model of MB you have, along with the CPU speed and it’s FSB as well? In addition, please tell me if you have the latest BIOS installed on your system and the bios settings you have set for both CPU and memory and any performance settings that you may have set?
