mikalcarbine257
I am currently trying to overclock my twinx1024-3200ll but am having problems. I was running at 225 fsb and had one error in memtest with timings of 2-3-2-11 so I decided to down it to 220fsb and I had the same error. I began playing with different timings and can't seem to find anything stable. My vDimm is at 2.9. Is 220fsb pushing it for this ram? I expected much more from it. I couldn't get past 210-215 stable on my asus a7n8x deluxe either. Can anyone who has had successfull overclocking attemps with this ram tell me their timings, bios version and such just so I have a general idea of what I could be doing wrong? Thanks :D
Wired
That's not a bad OC per say, although the XLs are overall much better than pretty anything else I've seen.
mikalcarbine257
So 215 fsb is a good overclock for ram? I've seen people get to 235 and beyond with this motherboard
