Phantasmagora92
On 7/9/2004 i bought a stick of 512MB Value select Memory from ZipZoomfly.com, about two weeks ago my computer started to lock up repeatedly, i asked a family member what could be the problem, they had heard of memory causing this, so i simply removed one stick of memory and my computer would not boot up, so i removed the second memory stick (the Value Select) and my computer has had no problem since. I am running an AMD athlon 64 3200+ processor, Gigabyte GA-K8NS Pro motherboard, NVIDIA GeForce FX 5600 video card. In the RMA request I have to have a module number, I am not sure if this is it or not, it is stamped on each chip on the module though, it is VS32M8-5 PS1300423. I remember a small sticker on the module when i got it but i immediately removed it, i hope that was not the module number. I also recently moved, will this present a problem in getting a replacement module? Any assistance is appreciated.
