Transnerfer Posted March 14, 2015 Share Posted March 14, 2015 I contacted corsair tech support to arrange a refund for my K70 rgb keyboard which wasn't working properly. They confirmed my request and i thought 'great', 'ill get my money back and then buy a differant keyboard'. Now, having just mailed it, I realized that refunds through corsair appear to be extremely rare. Lots of people on the forums saying that a refund through corsair is unlikely. So now im getting paranoid, what if the whole thing was a hoax? I contacted them directly through the support website. Also, they asked for my account number and sort code to complete the wire transfer, which I gave. Having being reassured by my own bank that this seemed legit, I'm still paranoid that the whole thing was a hoax somehow. I know this may all seem delusional, and whilst typing this I've already come across plenty of refund cases on these forums that turned out fine, but I just want to be sure. Any help? Thanks. terabyte Posted March 14, 2015 Share Posted March 14, 2015 Well, I've never seen anyone here complain about not getting a refund after sending the product back. That should say something for sure :) Additionally a Corsair employee and even their CEO confirmed they offer a full refund if you want to return the RGB keyboards.
