Raver_ Posted November 20, 2004 Share Posted November 20, 2004 According to this http://compatible.corsairmemory.com/memorysearch.aspx?modelid=566 the TWINX1024-3200C2 is the most recommended corsair module for my motherboard the MSI K7N2 Delta2 Platinum, and according to this http://www.corsairmemory.com/corsair/products/specs/twinx1024-3200c2.pdf the TWINX1024-3200C2 consist of a exactly pair of CMX512-3200C2 modules which I happen to have. Information from the Corsair Label in both modules: CMX512-3200C2 CMZ3202v5.1 (0442056-0) XMS3200 512MB 400Mhz CL2 I cannot get my system to run properly. It freezes all the time, playing 3D games, running 3DMark, benchmarking with SiSoftSandra, working with Microsoft Office and sometimes even Browsing over the internet! My specs. chubien Posted November 20, 2004 Share Posted November 20, 2004 Raver, I have the same motherboard as you (although not the platinum version of it, nonetheless same BIOS), and I had the exact same problem with the computer being completly unstable, to the point of being unuseable. My problem was caused by upgrading to the new B4 (or B40) BIOS from the original B3 (or B30). If you do run the B4 BIOS you will have a very unstable computer regardless of what memory you have installed. Make sure that you do have B3 BIOS. There are many articles on this on the MSI forums.
