Stealth PC
Can anybody tell me whether Corsair TWINX1024-3200XLPT (2x512) matched pair memory modules are compatible with the Asus P5GDC-V Deluxe motherboard? I have not been able to get ANY support from the 1-800 numbers or e-mail options....

My buddy Gorganzola almost always correct but, the utility on the home page for determining RAM compatibility recommends the DDR2. http://compatible.corsairmemory.com/memorysearch.aspx?modelid=101 If you would like to verify before you buy, check HERE and HERE. ASUS says that it will run unbuffered DDR1 RAM. And, the PC3200XL is an excellent choice for low latency. Mike.
Gorganzola
Well, the question was if those modules are compatible with the motherboard, not what are the recommended modules. So, the ones that Stealth PC inquired about are compatible with the motherboard. Just curious, when did you call or mail them? Actually it surprised me as I had forgotten that there were some MOBOs being made that will run DDR1 and DDR2. I guess it is like that run of MOBOs that would run PC133 and PC2100DDR. Mike.
