Ryle
Hi all, i just acquired a notebook Acer Aspire 1681 with 512 DDR pc2700 soDIMM and i want to know if i can add a Corsair soDIMM 512Mo DDR VS512SDS333. I don't know if the notebook is compatible with this memory... An ACER memory is too expensive compare of the same Corsair memory... Thanks for your answers Ryle
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 19, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 19, 2004 If you have a 333MHz DDR SODIMM in your ACER system, then the VS512SDS333 shouldn't have any problem working with your current SODIMM memory modules. Thanks for your answers Ryle  I too have an Acer Aspire 1681WLCi With the standard 2x256mb DDR333 memory. Ryle, did you try installing the VS series memory? If so, how's it working out, any problems? I would like to purchase a 512mb stick at the moment and up the laptop to 768mb. ~Thanks
