DinoRex
Hi, my name is John and tbis is probably like the 6th time I attempt to RMA this ram. I have a CMX512-3200C2PT stick, I bought it off of newegg like a year ago but have used it like for one week. I tried RMA'ing this is from corxair and everytime I get suggestions and directions of what I should do. Well, as indicated I followed all the directions given such as chaning the timing, chaning mobo, updating bios but to no avail. Everytime I run mem86 I get over 32,000 errors at pass 2. I got really tired of just getting suggestions and directions and went ahead and bought the same stick from compusa and wallah!! no problems at all!! no errrors with memtest86. This RAM i have right now sitting on my desk, in its original package is faulty. Please I beg you give me an RMA number, please! I tried both stick, the one I bought from compusa runs with no problems the one from newegg I'm trying to RMA has so many problems even with same setting and memory timings. Why are you waiting 3 months between threads to apply for an RMA again? Have you tried calling, as per Ram Guy's last request?

DinoRex
Than you so much, but I'm having a problem submitting my form. After I'm done writing the form I click submit and it won't go through. It tells me there's an error. Can you give me a link where I can send this form? This is the error I get The host 'POP3' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'POP3', Server: 'POP3', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D What can I do? please help, thank you
Wired
That error simply means your Outlook Express has the incorrect settings for your outgoing mail server. I'd wager none of the settings are right. Assuming you do use Outlook Express normally for your email, your default acct is not set to the right acct, either that or just your SMTP settings are wrong. ANYWAY, use the info in this thread to submit an RMA. http://www.houseofhelp.com/v2/showthread.php?t=27059
