emissary42
In most parts of Europe the CL10 kits, both the -A and -R variety, are no longer available. I don't know why exactly that is, but it might have something to do with IC availability. However their CL11 counterparts CMY16GX3M2A2400C11R and CMY16GX3M2A2400C11A you should be able to get at the any decent hardware store. The performance difference is minimal and they are probably a bit cheaper than CMY16GX3M2A2400C10(A/R) as well. If price isn't an issue and you absolutely want 2x8GB DDR3-2400 CL10, there also is the Dominator Platinum CMD16GX3M2A2400C10 kit... just sayin' :sunglasse

emissary42
If that is a Ver4.xx or Ver5.xx kit than it is about normal overclocking headroom.
