Requesting an RMA keeps redirecting me to Ask a Question

Thanks! Also, I am requesting one because the headset I purchased from the web-store came with some sort of loose screw/metal ball in the right ear cup which rattles and rolls around when handling the headset. Headset works perfect, but, I don't think this loose screw or whatever it is rattling around in there is supposed to be there. Headset is the Vengeance 1500 USB purchased like 2 days ago. Asking if they will comply.

EDIT: I mean, in the end, its defective. Right?
