My replacement part turned up, the condition is so poor you wouldn't believe.

When i bought my 650D originally the side window was warped quite heavily, a few other people on the forum had a similar problem with the window. This 650D door panel in the pics below is a replacement for a previous replacement, the first replacement arrived with a heavily scratched window, i can't even use the perspex window on this current replacement below as the window heavily warped. Judging by this replacement and my previous one i'd hazard a guess that nobody is checking any parts before they are dispatched to make sure they are ok, i don't think this was done during shipping as the panel sits in the centre of the box in a protective cradle and the box is generally in very good shape and solid with no crush marks. The dent in the 4th photo is impossible to have been caused by shipping as that edge sits inside a solid foam support insert and can't be dented while its in that, this is either a damaged customer return that has somehow found it's way into live stock or it's anyone's guess how that could be sent out to a customer.

Contact customer service and tell them the replacement panel is faulty. They will sort it out.

Is their any point in contacting them again just to receive another sub standard part ? Including the original one that came with the case this is the 3rd windowed side panel ive had and each one has had faults.

I'm losing faith in them, the 650D case itself fantastic if you get a perfect one, the quality of the chassis and paintwork is excellent, the side window especially on this model leaves a lot to be desired as well as the replacements.

Definitely contact customer service if you haven't already.

Appreciate you trying to help Dustin but ive had enough of Corsair now, ive bought a lot of Corsair components over the years, i can't be doing with this sort of hassle if something goes wrong. These window issues have ruined the look of my 650D, ive spent a lot of time and money on upgrading the case and components, a heavily scratched or warped window wasn't the look i was after. The replacements ive received have been so bad its laughable, especially the last one.

I've forwarded this to our case product manager. If you had three bad panels in a row on your 650D, that means there's something on our end that we need to look at.

This is the sort of standard of window that's coming with the cases, ive had 3 in total, the original that came with the case and 2 replacements. The first one that came with the case was badly warped, it also had these scratch swirls and fogging. The replacement for that is what you see in the pic below with heavy swirled scratches, that's all over the window, it's just the flash on the camera highlighted that one area at the top half. The replacement for that is what i started this thread with, heavily damaged and bent with a warped window and again the window has these scratch swirls. As soon as you put lighting in the case it shows them up.

I don't want another replacement as like i said i'm done with Corsair, the pic below is to show you what standard of windows and replacement parts that your sending out, i can't believe that replacement parts like panels and windows arn't even checked as this last replacement that was sent out was damaged even before it even left corsair. That window below is now what i'm left with, the case cost £140 (GB) at the time ( $212 dollars US), that ain't good enough, it's not good enough on any case never mind an expensive case.
