Rebate help needed (CX600M)

I bought the CX600M as part of a computer build on the 27th of November 2014. NCIX took a while to assemble the the thing and ship it to me. I received it 4 days ago. Since I have received it I have been trying to use the promo code for the mail in rebate and it's simply not working. I tried the live chat and the guy there couldn't help me either. He simply told me to try later (which I did). I tried picking the retailer (NCIX or NCIX CANADA) the date and the item, and I keep getting a "we're sorry" message. Based on what you've said and what's on the rebate form it sounds like you're attempting to submit the rebate after the rebate deadline has ended. You may want to reach out to NCIX to see if they can do anything since the delay was caused by the system build. Otherwise I'd suggest creating a support ticket: https://corsair.secure.force.com/

Technically, the 30 days weren't over yesterday, and I couldn't get it to show up yesterday, nor the day before that. I've contacted NCIX about the delays, just thought I would also contact Corsair since I doubt NCIX can resolve the issue on their own?
