H2100 Connection Issues

I just bought my H2100 a couple of days ago and it has not managed to keep connected for more than 10-15 minutes since I've started using it. I've restarted my PC, changed USB-port on the dongle, restarted the headset, drained the headset and recharged it, and also tried it on another computer.

 

I've disabled other wireless devices, moved them around my apartment, and I've changed the channel on my wireless router. Nothing has helped or improved the problem.

 

When it loses connection the blue light on the dongle will flash.

It's possibly a bad dongle or headset if it still loses connection when other wireless devices are off.

 

I would suggest you contact your seller for a replacement as it may be faster to resolve the issue than via an RMA. If they refuse or it will be a slower process to replace the headset, request an RMA, upload a picture of the invoice, explain your issue and they will help you.
