hello

as soon as I got 1024-3200c2pro I have had nothing but trouble, I am getting BSOD/restarts and fails memtest.

I have adjusted dimm vaults to maximum 2.8

Tried adjusting cas latency

Disabled video and system cache

Updating bios

Updating chipset driver

Bought another motherboard

Tried a different PSU

Unplugged all unnecessary devices.

i have even sent away for replacement and the same problem occured.

i cannot get this ram to work on a dual channel motherboard with a cpu higher than 3.0ghz, i have tried on four different dual channel boards and wont work.

when i tried in two other single channel mobos they work perfectly.

ive been pulling my hair out for 3 months now HELP........

Intel P4 3000mhz 800mhz fsb

(First mobo) Asus P4c800 e-deluxe

(second mobo) Abit IS7

Please make sure that you have the latest BIOS for your MB and load Setup/optimized default settings, and try the following BIOS settings;

TwinX1024 or TwinX512-3200C2

Advanced/Jumper Free

AI over clocking: Manual

CPU Freq: 200

DRAM Clock: 400 MHz

Memory or Dim Reference voltage: 2.75 Volts

System performance: Standard

AGP Voltage: Default *unless you have ATI (9200 or 9600) or NVIDIA (5200 or 5700) then 1.6 Volts suggested!*

Advanced/Chipset

Configure Dram timing by SPD: Disabled/User define

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2T (2.5T AMD Platform)

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 3T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 6T

SDRAM Burst Length: 8

Performance Acceleration Mode: Auto or Enabled

USB Legacy Support: Disabled

All other settings should be set to default settings!

Then please test them one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and let’s make sure it's not some other issue! I would run the test for at least 2-3 passes to be sure!
