V2100 bought yesterday and reported back immediately

yesterday I bought a set of V2100 but given the myriad problems of many users, and since I have a h100i where the support is very absent for fear I reported back without even try them :( I preferred to take other headphones of another brand but ... because corsair cares and support so poor?
