White Noise on New H2100 Headphones

My friend gave me a new set of H2100 Wireless Headphones for Christmas today. I followed all the instructions on how to set them up and I seem to be getting the same "White Noise" that many other users are getting. I've attempted most of the suggested fixes I've read about on the forums and nothing seems to be working. The noise is driving me insane and I was wondering if there is a fix for it available.

 

What I've tried so far:

• Moved the USB to other ports
  
• Connected it directly to my CPU
  
• Uninstalled drivers and used windows defaults
  
• Messed around with playback and recording options (windows)

• Intel i7 3.4GHz
  
• 8GB Ram
