RMA a pair of RAM

I have two 4GB of Vengeance Blue (not from the same pair).


When I choose from the product list, it is the model number for the pair of RAM.


Do I have to make an RMA request for each module of RAM?


Also, I think I put in the SN instead of the Lot Code when filling out the form... does it matter? I can't edit it.

You do not RMA each RAM module. Instead, you RMA the kit containing the module that needs replacing, which is the model number. As you have two kits, you will need two separate RMAs, one for each kit.


When asked to ship it back to Corsair, you will need to send all the modules that come with the kit, not just the faulty one only.
