Corsair AX860i Fails Self Test, no power to PCI-E

My brand-new Corsair AX860i fails the self test (power cable only, hit self-test button). When I hit the self test button, nothing happens. My system tries to power up but I get a warning from the primary video card that I need to shut down and connect the PCI-E power connector.

So, the AX860i fails the self test and there is no power to the PCI-E power connetor(s).

DOA PSU?

Update: I got a new AX860i PSU from MicroCenter. Awesome power supply! :)

The AX860i is a great PSU. Certainly a higher tier of quality than the EVGA.

But if the PSU doesn't give you a green light when you hit the self test (with no DC cables attached, of course), then it certainly does sound like a dead unit that needs to be RMAd.
