Voyager Air 1 issues

Can't seem to solve this one. I have a Voyager Air 1, updated to 2.3.0 firmware. I had lots of movies and music on the drive. However, now if I try to access anything from either web client or Android client, I get error message "Internal Server Error". I have powered off and powered on, tried accessing through wifi and through ethernet, tried while on battery power and plugged into wall power, and all get the same error.


When I try to connect to a pc via USB, the drive partition is offline. I can see the drive listed, but cannot access it. I have tried to initialize it with Windows Disk Management, but it tells me "Device not ready".


I am assuming all the settings are stored in memory for the router portion of the device.


Is the disk inside the device dead?
