At a glance the settings look OK. However, I have not yet had a 939 MOBO to play with hands on. So, the product spex for the PC3200XL RAM would be the best place to look for the other settings. That's why I only made a recommendation on the voltage.

However, if you are not stable at the 2,2,2,5 timings, you may try setting the RAS to CAS delay to 3 and see if that helps.

Sorry about that, it was not apparent that you were getting errors to me.

Anyhow, I would start with these timings and see what happens.

If Memtest yields no errors great, if it does try each stick seperately and see if only one of them is giving errors.

I would go so far as to load setup defaults, set these timings and then try.

DRAM Clock: 200 MHz

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 2T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 2T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 5T

SDRAM Bank Interleave: 4 Bank

All other settings are motherboard defaults.
