Twinx1024-3200XLPT memtest 6,10 errors

RAM Guy, Help me PLEASEEEEEEE! :[pouts:

I am trying to figure out the cause of my instability problems. I have:

MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum Ultra MB

AMD 3500+ Retail CPU

WD 200GB SATA HDDs

ANTEC NeoPower 480W PSU

eVGA 6800 GT 256 (dedicated 12V rail)

Twinx1024-3200XLPT

Windows XP SP2

Latest Forceware and Nforce drivers (have even tried latest betas)

Bios set to 2-2-2-5 (1T) 2.75V, no O/C.

I get intermitent errors from XP with some BSoD (indicating memory problem by MS Technet). Doom 3 will start and run, but will always crash straight to desktop within a few minutes. I have run memtest86 and get errors consistently in test 6 and 10. Errors occur in different addresses each time, but I've rerun the test many (20+) times. No errors in any other test. I will try to run the test on each module individually this evening. I have run test 6 at 2-3-3-5. No errors after 4 passes, however, Doom 3 still crashes and intermitent errors. I'm worried that the slower timings are where this memory is happy, and that my XP and Doom 3 installs are corrupt. But wouldn't that mean Doom 3 would crash in the same place each time. This memory is supposed to be rated for 2-2-2-5, so even if it runs at less aggressive timings I will be disappointed.

Thoughts, comments, suggestions? I'd like to RMA this with Newegg within my 30 day window, which is almost up, since they will pseudo-cross ship new RAM to me.

Thanks.

Unfortunately for whatever reason this board doesn't want to run in a 2/2/2/5 timing settings, please try to set it at 2/3/2/5 with RAS to CAS being 3, the settings should be as follows. Please make sure you have the latest BIOS installed in your MB and load optimized/optimal default settings, and try the following BIOS settings;

TwinX512 or TwinX1024-3200XL

Advanced Chipset:

Memclock Mode: Manual (400)

Bank Interleaving: 4/Enabled

Burst Length: 4

SDRAM CAS Latency: 2T

SDRAM RAS to CAS Delay (tRCD): 3T

SDRAM Active to Precharge Delay (tRAS): 5T

SDRAM Row Precharge (tRP): 2T

Frequency Voltage Control:

Spread Spectrum: Enabled

CPU FSB Clock: 200

DDR Voltage: 2.7/2.75 Volts

AGP Voltage: Default *unless you have ATI (9200 or 9600) or NVIDIA (5200 or 5700) then 1.6 Volts suggested!*

All other settings should be set to default settings!

Then please test them one at a time with http://www.memtest.org and let’s make sure it's not some other issue! I would run the test for at least 2-3 passes to be sure!
