Does anyone have a link to the specs or can someone tell me where I can buy some...I need two more 256 sticks. I need to know if it's PC 100 or PC 1000 or....? And I am sorry, as we no longer produce RDRAM it may be hard to find. However, you can search for this (CM616DR256A-800E) part# at http://www.pricewatch.com and see if you can find a resller who might still have stock.
