fenice19 Posted November 8, 2004 Share Posted November 8, 2004 have installed 2 memory modules xms 3200c2 on slot 1 an 3 and setting manually ram clock to 200 mHz, now i'm using the modules at 200 mhz( manual selection) and spd auto 3-3-3-8 and system is stable with bios F7 . i have installed bios f9 or f10 but system recognized only one module. i have changed modules position but nothing happen. i have reverted to bios f7 and sistem recognized 1 gb total ram again. someone can help me. i would like to use the new one bios without loss of ram. regards :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

And one of the reasons we came out with Twinx sets of modules. I would try and find another use for the older module that you have and then just get a Twinx1024-3200C2 for best performance. If that is not an option for you, you can try and RMA both modules, but I would suggest you send an a email with a copy of the form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and copy the link to this post and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com; but explain that you need 2 modules that are the same revision.
