Stick of XMS4400-1024 went bad

I have submitted the online RMA request. I didn't recieve a response after a couple of days, so I followed the link that said "If you have submitted an RMA using the online form, but have not recieved a response...". In that thread it said to send an email to Warranty@corsairmemory.com. I sent the email with all of the pertinent information yesterday at 7:20pm. I still have no response on the matter. What do I need to do to get this stick of memory RMA'd?
