KryoNexus
Hey, I have one stick of the pair that went bad. Computer fails to boot with it in any of the 4 DIMM slots. Was working fine and then stopped. The other stick works fine. Specs: P4 2.8C Abit IC7-Max3 Everything is at default voltages/speeds.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted November 5, 2004 Corsair Employees Share Posted November 5, 2004 Please set the memory Voltage to 2.8 Volts and then test them on up with http://www.memtest.org. If the module is still failing, please follow the link in my signature “I think I have a bad part!” and we will be happy to replace them or it! KryoNexus
I tried setting the voltage to 2.8V for the DIMMS, but it still fails to POST with the memory in place. I can't run memtest for this reason.

KryoNexus
I have submitted the online RMA request. I didn't recieve a response after a couple of days, so I followed the link that said "If you have submitted an RMA using the online form, but have not recieved a response...". In that thread it said to send an email to Warranty@corsairmemory.com. I sent the email with all of the pertinent information yesterday at 7:20pm. I still have no response on the matter. What do I need to do to get this stick of memory RMA'd?
