gpvecchi
Today my K70 RGB started in demo mode with rainbow effect (I don't have any profile) and keys not responding. I have to completely shut off power to my pc to make it work again...
Rirdeg
I've had this occur occasionally, mostly when waking up from sleep mode. Unplugging and plugging the keyboard back in will fix it. Which may be quicker depending on how fast your OS boots. See if the incoming firmware fixes it when its released.

terabyte
Hopefully the new firmware (and software too?) should be out tomorrow, or so they said. It was supposed to be out this week but they delayed it.

gpvecchi
OK, I understood how to activate demo mode! Just feed AC power to your pc and don't turn it on; after some time (a minute or so) demo mode will start... To exit, pull out AC current.
Corsair Employees Corsair James Posted October 11, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted October 11, 2014 The software and firmware update are now available: http://downloads.corsair.com/download?item=Files/Gaming-Keyboards/Corsair-Utility-Engine-v1.1.56.zip You can get FW 1.13 through the software itself. As for the demo mode, you can stop it by pressing ESC or the spacebar.
