travisk82
I have been messing with this keyboard for 2 days and there always seems to be something new that keeps popping up. Keep in mind that when I connect an old keyboard all of these issues go away. I can't get into the bios with this even when I flip on the BIOS switch on the back. Half the time when my PC boots up it says keyboard not detected but it "usually" works in windows. I am constantly getting the message saying one of the usb devices were not detected properly. If I use 2 usb ports on this keyboard my razer megladon doesnt work at all and I get no sound. Is it ok to use just one? I have never had so many issues with a keyboard and it honestly is getting pretty frustrating at this point. A few of my keys are very soft as well and feel like brown or red switches. I am very close to sending this thing back and going back with my chroma which has less features but also a heck of alot less problems.

If you'd like to conserve USB slots, then connect the USB with a keyboard symbol on it to a USB 3.0 port and it'll be fully powered, using only one slot instead of two. Lowlif3
The bios switch on the keyboard just sets its polling rate it doesn't have anything to do with your computers bios. What you can try is using the keyboard in the hardware profile or saving your profile to the keyboard memory that should make it so it has all settings active before it starts windows or the Cue software. One other thing to try is using the keyboard in usb 2 ports some of the early usb3 motherboards don't load their drivers until after windows start so you can't get into the bios.I hope that one of these helps.
