Leight
Hi I received my K70RGB with brown switches today, have had the keyboard for roughly 4 hours and while trying out some of the features i just realised that my "\" key led is not working. I have updated to the latest firmware I set everything to default in the setting to see if something caused this (but i am unaware if it was like this before i started playing around with lighting settings) anyone has a solution ? or does it look like i have a faulty board and need to get it returned. Loving the keyboard but this issue is i cant live with for the price you have to fork out. Cheers for any input/or help.

Yellowbeard
Here is the official statement from our beloved product manager. Thank you for purchasing the Corsair Gaming K70 and K95 RGB keyboards. Unfortunately we were alerted to an issue regarding a LED on a specific key that is not being lit after updating to the latest firmware. We want to alert everyone that this is not a defective LED and your hardware is not compromised. The LED error is related to an unforeseen issue with our firmware/software. We have been able to isolate the issue and are working on a resolution with an ETA by the end of the week. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding as this is being resolved.

ScarletStreak
Did you read the included word doc file with CUE on how to reset the unlit key? What are you referring to, exactly? My "4/$" key's LED is not showing yellow. When it attempts to show yellow, it shows green instead. When it attempts to show white, it shows a blue instead. When it attempts to show red, nothing. When it attempts to show white, it shows a blue instead. When it attempts to show red, nothing. Your issue is different, my reply was about the \ key being unlit. It is an old bug with a previous firmware and there is a readme included with the CUE software on how to reset it on newer firmwares.
