xdevilx2
When I change some things in the CUE it freezes and says device malfunction under the device tab. To get it to work again I need to flip the BIOS switch. It's really annoing, is there a fix for this ? I tired rebooting, different usb ports and the BIOS is up to date. terabyte
What things do you change specifically? Is it always a specific setting that causes this? Or it's random? Anyway at the end of this week we are supposed to get an update, not sure yet of what it will fix however.
xdevilx2
I let it run without changing anything and it still switched to malfunction -.- So now I have no idea why. I thought it had to do with changing options (I just changed the colour). EDIT: Now it stopps working after a minute...

BillRathbone
If you have installed 1.1.56 and firmware 1.13 and are still seeing this issue, please contact the Corsair Tech Support team (and they will get it escalated). We are working hard to fix this issue, and need all the details we can get on when and how it happens.
