svanheulen
If I don't start the CUE software I can't change the DPI on my M65 RGB mouse and the scroll wheel and logo light don't turn on. I have firmware 1.13 and the profile is saved to the device memory. Is this how it's supposed to work? I was hoping that I could setup my profile, save it to the mouse and then uninstall the CUE software.
svanheulen
Nevermind, I solved the issue. If I close the CUE manually then everything works fine. If I shutdown Windows with the CUE running then the problem occurs.
svanheulen
Edit: well maybe not completely solved. It seems that the lights are on and the correct color but they are much brighter then when the CUE is running.
reverend_bill
When I was trying to activate the lighting, I saved the profile to the device, CUE crashed, and now my left mouse button won't work, with or without the CUE running. Tried every USB 2/3 port I have. Also, where did you find the firmware for the M65 RGB?
svanheulen
Also, where did you find the firmware for the M65 RGB? Go to Settings tab, then Device tab, then click on the Update firmware button, then there is a link for the firmware on the dialog box that pops up.
