Curtis3321
Hello, I am trying to install the Firmware Update to my new K95 RGB. It gets to 3% and then will say it has failed. I am unable to edit my profiles tab due to this, all help would be appreciated
Curtis3321
Would also like to note, buttons that notify me if I have caps enabled or disable also fail to indicate if they are enabled or not too..
Corsair LeChuck
Please connect just the USB data connector to your motherboard USB 3.0 port (labeled as a keyboard), but do not connect the auxiliary power connector (the one labeled with arrows). If the issue persists, shut down your system, wait a few seconds, then power it back on. Load the software and perform the firmware update. mpoffo
I had the same issue when I got my k95 rgb. I had to actually use the USB 2 ports to get it to work. With just the one usb3 plug it was acting really weird for me.

If you are having issues using a single connector, connected to a USB 3.0 port, please connect both USB cables to USB 2.0 ports.
