K95 RGB: Failed Firmware Update

Please connect just the USB data connector to your motherboard USB 3.0 port (labeled as a keyboard), but do not connect the auxiliary power connector (the one labeled with arrows).

 

If the issue persists, shut down your system, wait a few seconds, then power it back on. Load the software and perform the firmware update.

Mine still own't work Ive tried a different computer All of the usb 3 and 2.0 ports on both pc's and it won't work and I dont know why because it lets me change my color with the software but it wont detect my keyboard for the update also in my devices it detects the k95 rgb and it still wont work and keys keep acting like they are getting pressed when they are not and then it will disable a key:evil:

Is it possible if you can replicate this issue on a different computer or laptop? If you are having issues using a single connector, connected to a USB 3.0 port, please connect both USB cables to USB 2.0 ports.
