My BIOS settings are as follows: DRAM Command Rate: 1T CAS Latency Time: 2.0 RAS# to CAS# Delay: 2 clocks Min. RAS# Active Time: 5 clocks Ras# Precharge Time: 2 clocks Row Cycle Time: 11 clocks Row Rerfresh Cycle Time: 14 clocks RAS# to RAS# Delay: 2 clocks Write Recovery Time: 3 clocks Write to Read Delay: 2 clocks Read to Write Delay: 3 clocks RAM Guy could you please check if these settings are correct. RAS# Active Time: 5 clocks Ras# Precharge Time: 2 clocks Row Cycle Time: 11 clocks (Should set to Bios default) Row Rerfresh Cycle Time: 14 clocks (Should set to Bios default) RAS# to RAS# Delay: 2 clocks (Should set to Bios default) Write Recovery Time: 3 clocks (Should set to Bios default) Write to Read Delay: 2 clocks (Should set to Bios default) Read to Write Delay: 3 clocks (Should set to Bios default) And your Dim Voltage should be set to 2.8 Volts!
