Hello got myself brand new X99 system and everything works except Corsair Link. Long story short is this. Right after install before first reboot everything works. I see and can change LED, can see both fan RPM and RPM of the block ( I wonder where they get RPM from if it's a water block ? ... no matter) I also see in Device information everything proper, like what fans connected to block connected pump and temp sensor. Once computer restarted everything have to do with H100i is not visible. Can't control LED, can't see both fans RPM and no RPM info for a block. Here are pics.

Freshly installed Corsair Link Software All fans working

Also I can Control FANS and LED

Under Device info I see information.

After reboot No fans or LED readout

after_restart_fans.png

No Device Information , just saying version

And last thing, and this shoot taking BEFORE restart, what's with firmware upgrade to EXACT same version ?

I am not sure what is going on but it's clearly software isuue cause hardware works, color works and fan readout works .... BEFORE I restart.

Thank you, too bad I had to start post 1 with problem but I hope this is rare one.

don't fret using your first post asking for help,,that's why the board is here;):

the problem you have is likely a usb issue since it worked when installed.you can check and make sure other usb devices are not interfering and if this doesn't help you can use a usb/mini usb cable and connect to a outside rear port.

hope this helps,if not just post back

Oh,and welcome to the board...

Can the system talk to the H100i at all? You could run SIV (http://rh-software.com/) and see that [uSB Bus] reports. If it's saying error 31 (like http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?p=729495#post729495 is) then it's either a poor connection or hardware issue. Can you try the H100i on a different PC or at least a different USB port.
