H100 Fans

I have an H100 in my system and has been working great for a long time till one fan stopped but works well on main board then today after shutting system down to swap the ssd to build an os for my brother the system powered up and everything woked as normal then all of a sudden the fans stopped looed at top of H100 led was out dint think pump is working either molex plug has power a checked with meter, i have sent request about rma but thought i would as here.

If they reject my rma is there anyway to repair the electronics on the cpu part as i am guessing thats whats gone, i am running remaining fan from main board and it keeping temp in a good range still.
